If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Mynicefootwear, accessible from https://mynicefootwear.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • Product isn’t used or damaged
  • The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • The product must have the same size

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Our highest priority is to gratify the shopping experience to our each and every customer. Conversely if due to some unpredicted situation if you are not happy with our products then below are the procedures to apply for a mutually consensual resolution of the situation.

Can I Return / Exchange products?

Yes, you can return/exchange your purchase product within 7 days from the day you have received delivery with original condition and box, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Only unused products will be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of receipt. You have to return the product via courier.

For any query, you have to call us OR mail on [email protected] within 7 days on receipt of delivery with the product snaps. Please mention your order number, date of purchase and mode of payment.
Also for exchange and return confirmation kindly mail us on [email protected] within 7 days after receiving delivery. After that, it will not be accepted.

Replacement, if available will be couriered to you OR a credit note will be available for unhampered products.
NICE FOOTWEAR will bear the cost of transferring back the product if there is any mistake from our end else you will have to bear the cost of shipping charges.

How Can I return/exchange my Purchase?

If you want to return/exchange your purchase kindly mail on [email protected] and our executive will contact you shortly.
In case you wish to return the product, the amount excluding the bank charges will be returned on approval from our Quality Controller.

Can I cancel an order after shipped?

As your order shipped from our side we are unable to cancel the order.
To cancel the product you need to intimate it in 6 hrs of order placed.

How Can I get my Credit?

We will add credit to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 7 working days after receiving our goods.
Credit amount can be used in Online purchases through mynicefootwear.com only.
In case your selected product is not available then after our intimation, we will add the credit to the customer bank account including different shipping charges.

Terms and Conditions :

The details of the weight of the product quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.
If we found in our Quality Check Department that the product is worn, used then, we will not provide any credit amount against that product and no extra charges will be barred by us.
Changes in size or any other alteration after placing an order mail us on [email protected] within 6 hours of order placed.
If the products are not liked by the customer then the customer can return the products back within 7 days of goods received by the customer. In this case, charges will be bared by customers.

Any further information related to your order, will not be accepted in any form of communication through any payment gateway. For the same, you will have to contact us at [email protected]

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
